Shipping Domestic

We ship items via Australia Post and Courier.

For Australian orders please allow 2 - 5 business days to receive.

Shipping International

At this stage we do not have the option to select international shipping through our online shop. However we can arrange shipping just email us what it is your after and we will get back with a quote.

For international orders please allow 10 - 14 business days to receive.

The recipient will be responsible for any import duties or taxes charged by their country and carrier related fees. 

Returns and Exchanges

If for any reason your online order does not meet your expectations, please email us directly within 14 days of purchase with your invoice number and your reason for the return or exchange of goods and we will sort out an appropriate solution which will be at the discretion of Of Object Home depending on the circumstances.

Sale items cannot be returned.

If you change your mind, exchanging products is at the discretion of Of Object Home but refunds will not be issued. 

Refunds outside the 14 day period will not be accepted.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Items must be returned in their original saleable condition free of markings or postage labels. Of Object Home will not be liable for any lost or damaged items being returned to us.

Please allow 14-21 business days from the time you mail your order for your return to be processed. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed. In the event the returned product is returned damaged or marked, and a refund is declined, you will be required to pay for postage to have the product sent back to you.

We do not offer free return postage on refund or exchange items.

Please note: Many of the items we stock are handmade and will have unique handmade characteristics. These characteristics cannot be used as the basis for a refund.
